Appointment Arrangements
Press one for service, press two for a listing…..everyone dreads the call for appointments sitting on hold pressing a configuration of numbers that never lets you talk to a real person. About Time will make the necessary calls to arrange your appointments. Avoid the frustration and inconvenience of waiting on hold. Combined with our other services, this can prove to be an asset to anyone.
Banking Errands
About Time will prepare necessary deposits and make deposits at assigned financial institutions. Change orders can also be fulfilled.
Bill Paying
Bills as prescribed by the client will be paid from accounts provided by the client. * The client must be available for necessary signatures and review prior to disbursement.
Dry Cleaning Drop Off & Pick Up
Pick up and/or drop off at the dry cleaner of the clients choice.
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping service. Supplies may be provided by client or About Time. Additional supply fee may apply.
Grocery Shopping
Client to provide a list of requested items, coupons may be utilized for additional savings. About Time will purchase, deliver and put away groceries as requested by the client.
Home Vacation Attendant
About Time will check your home, pick up newspapers and mail, adjust lighting and even water plants while you are out of town.
Notary Service
Registered agent for the state of Virginia.
Pet Service
Dogs, Cats, Exotic Animals, and even Horses... every pet needs to be fed and given water everyday. About Time will visit the location and care for the pet as prescribed by the client. About Time does not do waste removal or “Pet Sitting”.
Personal Shopping
Not everyone loves to shop and on occasion some do not have time to shop. If you know what you want we will do the grunt work and get that something special. Remember, gift wrapping is available too!
Pharmaceutical Pick Up
Ok, so you just do not have time for another stop before you go home, or perhaps you are sick or unable to go out but you need the medicine the doctor prescribed. Have your physician call in the prescription to the pharmacy of your choice and About Time will pick up and deliver the medicine you need to your doorstep. Privacy and convenience.
Reunion Coordination
Reunions can be a lot of work. Class reunions have committees but what about the family or military reunion? About Time can help with as little or as much as your group needs. Site negotiation, menus, database management, entertainment, and even event assistance such as registration. You tell us what you need.
Service Technician Appointments
Well they cannot tell you exactly WHEN they will be there but they will give you a window of time. Do not put on hold what is important to you to sit and wait for the cable guy, repair man or delivery service. About Time will act as your representative per your instruction to make sure everything is to your expectations.
Special Occasion Planning
Got something special coming up but no time to make it happen? Let About Time mark the date with success. Be it a cocktail party for 50 or a birthday party for 12 we will help you plan the details to your specifications and then help make it all happen. From balloons and cake to cocktails and catering About Time is experienced in great events. Our only limitation is your vision.
Travel Planning
Yes, About Time will make your hotel reservations for you but our travel planning is more about the Event Travel. For example, your Dad has always wanted to see the Yankees play in New York, your dream is to see the U.S. Open. About Time will take care of tickets for the big game, restaurant reservations and yes hotel reservations plus any other details you want included to make your travels a memory.
USPS/UPS Errands
For some, the trek to the post office is a welcome outing in the day, for others it is an inconvenient burden, a disruption to the office, or a cumbersome chore during recovering. Then, of course, there are those packages, returns or special mailings that require the dreaded wait in line and or filling out of forms. About Time will take on your post office problems or UPS needs.
$25.00 per hour; 1 hour minimum; quarter and half hour prorated after 1st hour of appointment. Travel time applies. Pet services @ $15.00 per visit
Purchase an hour or purchase a block of time to utilize as needed.
